The Golf Club at Briar's Creek Hosts the

2019 Rolex Girls Junior Championship

JOHNS ISLAND, S.C. June 14, 2019 – The Golf Club at Briar’s Creek hosted the 72-hole Rolex Girls Junior Championship this week, June 10-14. The 72-player field featured the top junior females in golf including 17 current Rolex Junior All-Americans, 46 AJGA Champions and 41 players committed to play college golf. Twenty-two total states and six countries represented the field. The Golf Club at Briar’s Creek, the AJGA and other Junior Championship sponsors presented a check for $18,000 to the First Tee of Greater Charleston – an international youth development organization introducing the game of golf and its values to young people through after school and in-school programs.
