28th Annual Rolex Girls Junior Championship
June 10, 2019 – Established in 1992, the Rolex Girls Junior Championship brings together 72 of the best female junior golfers in the world for four rounds of championship golf. A prestigious title, 12 past champions have won the event before being crowned Rolex Junior Player of the Year during the same season.
About the AJA: The AJGA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the overall growth and development of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf.
Scholarships: Each year 99% of AJGA graduating seniors attend college and 75% receive scholarship money.

Tournament History:
•Rolex, a Premier Partner of the AJGA, has supported the tournament since 2002
•The Rolex Girls Junior Championship is celebrating its 28th year on the AJGA schedule
•The event is one of five all-girls AJGA Invitationals
•More than 20 states and eight countries are represented in the field each year
•In 2018, 44 AJGA champions were in the field with 21 Rolex Junior All-Americans
•Many former champions of the Rolex Girls Junior Championship have gone on to play professional golf on the LPGA Tour
